    Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream is a multi-action treatment concealer that conceals, protects, smoothes, brightens and hydrates the sensitive eye area. It has been formulated with apricot for anti-fatigue, green for anti-redness and white tea for dark spots and pigmentation. The concealer has been designed with a silicone flexible tip that allows easy application, concealing imperfections and dark circles, smoothing wrinkles and fine lines and fading out puffiness. Available in three shades.

    Soft, blendable, subtle

    The 123 CC Eye Cream is a great undereye concealer that plays beautifully with the 123 CC Cream for the face. For a subtle, light highlight and brightener for under the eyes, it's a winner. Moisturising and easy to blend, it provides a flawless result while still letting your natural skin tone shine through.

    Pros
    Light texture makes it foolproof to blend
    Does not create or settle in fine lines
    Light diffusing, non matte finish flatters undereye area

    Cons
    May not cover very dark circles due to the light coverage

    Any Tips?: 
    If you have very dark circles, prep undereye with a heavier concealer, then blend a small amount of this cream over the top.
    Ideal For...: 
    Natural day time looks. When you want to highlight rather than hide a basically good skin. When you want a satin sheer coverage.

    great at brightening the under eyes

    This product is so light and very brightening under the eyes.
    The lightest shade is the perfect colour match for my pale/ fair skin tone.
    This product works great being blended in with either a sponge, brush or finger, but i find it works better when warmed up with the finger.
    The only down fall is that it does have sheer coverage so it doesnt cover bright circles as much as i would like, but thats why it is only a CC cream and not to be expected with this product

    Lovely under the eyes and in the nose contours

    This product is so similar to Touché Eclat. I am really impressed with what you get for the price. I like to dot this after the Cc cream under my eyes, on the brow bone, under my lip on the chin and around the nose crevices. Definitely compliments the Cc cream as all you really need after a light coverage is to cover those extra bits of redness or darkness

    Worked well to brighten

    I purchased this in conjunction with the 123 perfect CC cream. It appears to be a slightly thicker consistency than the CC cream and blends in well with the product.
    The small applicator nib allows for dabbing of the product on to your under eye. It works well to brighten the area and doesn't settle in to fine lines.
    I did find it to not work so well around the nose area though as it seemed to settle into pores a little.

    Any Tips?: 
    Dab on with the applicator and then dab with fingertips or a blender to blend in

    Wonderful product

    When I got this i didn't expect much but it is as great as the urban decay naked concealer, no joke! I was so happy with the coverage, so so easy to blend right into the skin and it covered all of my under eye circle, was absolutely amazing. If you have the chance do pick this up. I really enjoyed how smooth my skin was from this and the brightness was stunning. Really loved it as you can tell.

    Any Tips?: 
    Use with a beauty blender not a brush.
    Set straight away or bake for best results
    Ideal For...: 
    A night out or an event where cameras are in use.

    Not the best finish or packaging

    For me the packaging of the product lets it down first and foremost. The twist to dispense seems to need quite a few clicks to get it to work and then the product pours out the top, much more than you would need for one use.

    The product itself does a pretty good job of concealing under the eye but I don't love the consistency or the slight shimmer in the product. I find it makes it look obviously concealed instead of natural, but I guess that depends on personal preference.

    It does however work really nicely in conjunction with the Bourjois foundations, which I absolutely adore. When applying powder over the top of the eye cream it doesn't clump or congeal, which I think is largely because the product does sink in very well and doesn't leave a greasy film on the skin.

    Super creamy

    This product is so creamy and lightweight, perfect for the under eye area. It's easily blended into the skin, brightens the area and stays put all day!

    I loved this for my slight under eye circles, luckily I don't suffer from dark circles but due to the colour correcting properties I think it would work for those with darker circles as the 'apricot' counteracts the purple.

    There is no noticeable scent and I like the applicator nib, it dispenses a good amount of product and stays hygienic. The packaging is suitable for travel, I would recommend this!

    Good product

    The lightest shade is the perfect shade for my pale skin and the products feels smooth and light around my eye area. The only issue I have had with it is trying to remove it at the end of the day, though that is a good problem to have as I don't have to worry about it coming off during the day.

    It does only offer a light coverage, so if you have rather dark circles you might want to try a different product.

    Light & brightening

    This comes in a little tube with a plastic nib where the product comes out. This makes application hygienic & you can usually control how much product comes out. There isn't a very obtrusive scent. The shade range isn't great for darker skin tones.
    The product itself is super light weight, & if you have dark circles, this won't do much to cover them, but will brighten the area a little. It doesn't feel like you're wearing anything heavy under the eyes, & won't crease throughout the day. It's great for people looking for just a little brightness under the eyes & don't like feeling like they're wearing make up. Because the shade range is so light, you could probably use this as a highlighter as well ( without the shimmer particles )
