1 cup coffee grounds
6 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp sea salt or sugar
You’ll also need:
waterproof jar
dry body brush (optional)
Method:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a large measuring cup or bowl.
2. If the coconut oil is solid, melt in the microwave and add to the mixture.
3. Mix well and transfer the contents to a waterproof jar or container.
4. Before getting in the shower, use a dry body brush to exfoliate and stimulate blood flow. Brush over your entire body lightly in a circular motion, focusing on any problem areas.
5. In the shower, apply the scrub to areas with cellulite. Massage the scrub into skin using a circular motion before rinsing it off.

Probably costs more buying this stuff than the actual product itself.

Natural ingredients should be good for you. I hate the smell of coffee so will give that one a miss.

totally saving this article! But I'll be careful to use commercial coffee grounds - they're not as fine as those in skincare products and can be too harsh

I found out recently that you can't let coffee grounds go down the drain! It will clog up the drain and destroy the plumbing!... You can do the coffee scrub outside instead. Or cover the drain (or bath) while you stand in there doing the scrub, but then clean it all up afterward and dispose of it by putting it in the bin or garden.

I love the coffee scrub minus the sugar/salt.
I would also warn against using cirtus juice on your face - it will make you photosensitive!
