6 New Year's Eve-worthy makeup looks

New Year’s Eve is the kind of night that divides people. Some love ringing in the new year in the glitziest, most glamorous way, while others don’t love all the hype surrounding it.
But whatever your opinion of New Year’s Eve, it is a night to celebrate all the wonderful things that happened and usher in a new year of possibilities. And whether you’re out on a yacht in Sydney Harbour or at a friend’s place watching the fireworks on TV, you should take the opportunity to get a little dolled up. Hey, you know what they say: the way you bring in the new year is the way you will spend it. So why wouldn’t you want to look show-stoppingly fabulous?
To get you there, here are six make-up looks that scream New Year’s Eve – all you have to do it pick the one you like best.
RADIANT GODDESS
This is all about adding radiance and shine to your skin without making yourself look too shimmery. The best way to achieve this look is to use an illuminating bronzer and highlighter on your cheekbones, forehead and chin (we love Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Beige – it’s got all the tones you need to highlight).
Finish off the look with simply-lined eyes, a few lashings of mascara and a nude or nude-pink lipstick. Max Factor Colour Elixir in Stardust pink is our pick.

That is very pretty and flattering for her, I think I'm to pass on that pretty pink for it would make me looks washed out.

I think this looks awful! She mightn't be all sweaty, but she looks it. I don't like the true nude lippies, it looks like concealer. This makes everyone look unwell.

Bit too shimmery for me, but it is a pretty look. I'm still trying to find the right nude lippie for me too, I always look too washed out
