    Not For Me - Brushes Can Be Tricky

    After reading about this being a successful brush I decided to grab one - after all it did look so similar to my all time favourite brush ever - my Aveda one. So I thought maybe this would be a great second go-to brush, a bargain dupe, but after purchasing and trying for myself I realised it just wasn't for me and my hair. I have fine, but lots of it, straight hair that is currently sitting just below my shoulders but my hair was longer when I'd purchased this brush.

    This brush doesn't work smoothly to remove my tangle-prone hair and it's quite time consuming to use it on my hair. I didn't find the bristles feel nice and massage-y on my scalp either - maybe the cushioning on the brush isn't flexible as I need it to be to feel good on my scalp.

    It just may very well be that I am spoilt by the Aveda brush I have and so love and it just may be my hair type too. So this may suit some other hair types .

    I am well aware that we all can have such different hair and so I can understand why this brush may suit some and is a winner for some but not for my head of hair at all.

    Any Tips?: 
    It's hard to buy a brush as it's always a risk because you can't actually try before you buy with them. So I took a risk and it flopped in this case but luckily it wasn't too pricey which was my temptation to it in the first place I suppose. My best tip would be to only buy this if you've used this from trying it out from a family member or friend that you trust well with their hair hygiene. I don't know what else to say really.

    Lovely brush

    I bought this paddle brush for my mum for Christmas and she is absolutely loving it! Firstly, she loves the fact it’s good for the environment being 100% biodegradable. Secondly, it’s extremely comfortable to use and effective. It gives the scalp a gentle massage and combs the hair gently without causing any frizziness.

    Super glittery and not very lasting
