Regular buyer for a long time.
Im stuck buying this product literally. I used it when my children were babies and now there a bit older and understand they no bath, cream, then bed. No cream = no bed for 3 very angry toddlers.
Smooth cream that doesn’t feel too heavy
This moisturiser has a lovely smooth texture and glides onto my skin beautifully. I found it left my skin feeling soft and supple and it also wears well under makeup.
Goodness in a Jar
After more than a week of using Pro X by Olay Anti Aging Wrinkle Smoothing Cream I can really say that the I ❤️ the product;

kaitlynmg & Statiira so glad to have more skinstitut fans join the thread! :D
Recently, i suffered bad skin irritations from a sample i tried.
I relied upon Skinstitut to help me recover completely and get better within 3 days. The recovery was accelerated & much faster than if i did not use anything in the past.
1) Skinstitut Rejuvenate 15
2) Skinstitut Repair Balm
i had relied on the 2 products a lot when trying to transition into using tretinoin which can cause dermatitis
wouldn't know what to do without it.
i spent a long time squinting and typing the ingredients to my beloved Skinstitute Rejuvenate Serum. Boy, 35 ingredients took a while. Can't spell them either.
Also practiced what i preach to start saving and contributing to COSDNA more australian products (i have been only taking and enjoying the benefits, eg product ingrdients analysis, ingredients of hard to find products) Signed up an account and uploaded my first ingredient analysis. Time to give back & share.

OMG. the ingredients are so amazing! it contains alot of native Aussie botanicals. thumbs up Skinstitut!
COSDNA Quirks
1) For some reason Cosdna changed the name of at least 2 ingredients:
COSDNA shows : Aesculus Hippocastanum Flower Water
Label: Caprylohydroxamic Acid
(difference 1 letter "o", the ingredient has different spellings like color and colour, both correct)
2) COSDNA did not know what is Resveratrol?
I combined Pica & Resveratrol as 1 ingredient in COSDNA, Skinstitut list them separately but in INCI it is one and the same.
3) COSDNA did not recognise SYN®-AKE ingredient listed as Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide so i decided to add the correct INCI name Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate so they recognised it
4) COSNA allows you to add notes to the ingredients they recognise. I have added info esp to the active ingredients that COSDNA had no info on but it only have limited characters. Caprylhydroxamic acid is a mild preservative derived from coconuts... i didn't have enough space, did manage to maximise the space to convey the meaning
5)
Skinstitut 14% Glycolic Scrub - star product
Uploaded photo and ingredients here too: http://www.cosdna.com/eng/cosmetic_7b39250720.html
I have used a large portion of the skinstitut range over the last year and a half or more. They are a great product line in my opinion and online companies like adore beauty and catwalk often have really good sales (I would usually wait until they were $24 or less which is pretty cheap). My favourites would have to be: Both the sensitive cleanser and the lactic acid cleanser which last ages because of how big the tube is and do a great job at cleaning the skin without making it dry. The enzymatic micro peel is great for sensitive skin which cant be scrubbed regularly and I often leave it on longer as a treatment. It makes my skin feel like velvet. The rejuvenate 15 is also amazing and my skin is really soft and bright after I use it. The even blend is a great serum to even out my skin tone or fade any pigmentation. The firming eye and neck cream is also good, as apart from being a 2in1(and who doesn't love that) it helped with the fine lines I sometimes get caused from a mixture of dehydration and squinting without glasses.
The mist and moisturiser are also good. However sometimes the normal is not hydrating enough in winter but the dry causes me to break out so....
The scrub is too abrasive for me to use all over my face as my skin is quite sensitive but works well on my nose and chin.
The products that I personally don't like (they may work for you) The hydrating mask stings and always causes me to turn red and breakout the next day. So I would not be running out to repurchase that any time soon as you can imagine. The age defense spf 50 is still sitting mostly unused in my cupboard as it didn't absorb enough for me to be able to put make up on easily over the top and left me looking greasy and shiny. The eye believe is not good for sensitive skin as it can make the area around the eye red and gives off a burning feeling (my mum has used and says it's great for normal or dry skin though)
Used others but without looking in my cupboard am having a little trouble remembering.
Hope that has helped a little.
Hi Missrj!
I haven't tried Skinstitut, but ...
I've recently been told I should try Skinstitut for my acne! I don't know which products to start with! Any recommendations?
I've startied using the SKINSTITUT ENZYMATIC MICRO PEEL which has been great! I also use a few of the other products for pigmentation.
I've heard the micro peel is really good!
I did their 5-day consultation on their website and they told me I should try the following:
I don't really need a moisturiser, but I want to try the others plus the Glycolic scrub which I could get for free on Active Skin...temptation temptation
There cleansers are amazing, the lactic acid one that I use is a God send. It's a welcome addition into my skincare routine, and has actually really improved the quality of my skin. The moisturisers are actually really good as well, I use it with their Vitamin C powder and it has worked wonders for my skin. Definitely worth the investment! You won't regret it
I use the vitamin C powder and the even blend serum. They've made such a big difference to my skin, it's so much brighter and the dark spots are a lot lighter. I'm planning on adding in more products from the range soon.
I love Skinstitut's range. I've been using Retinol Serum at night time on my acne scars and have seen improvement in my skin within a week. I also use the Repair Balm as my moisturiser in the morning and at night time, it smells like cucumber and is pretty good with helping cool the skin and redness!! And it's pretty affordable
I can’t wait to receive my order. So many great review!
I have just received mine from Adore Beauty ( recommended by a friend who swears by it). Cant wait to try it. Very affordable too!
I have just started and quiet happy with their products. There are some great reviews and its not overly expensive.
I use several skinstitut products, and my favourites are definitely the lactic cleanser, glycolic scrub, hydrating mist, and the firming neck and eye cream. I find the sunscreen quite heavy!
This is a old thread but yes have used Skinstitut, their Eye Believe is fantastic. One of the only eye creams that actually noticeably does something for fine lines & dark circles
Yes i use them and i can honestly say that they have made an amazing difference to the texture and brightness of my skin. I use the 14% Glycolic Scrub every second day in the morning after my cleanser and I really does help to gently exfoliate and clear my skin. At night I use the Even Blend serum with a little shake of the 100% Vitamin C and it gives my skin an amazing boost. I also use the Hydrating mask twice a week for a boost of hydration and its lovely and gentle on my skin. I have combination skin and the range has been great for me. No irritation or sensitivity at all. I will be looking to add the gentle cleanser to my routine next. It's a great brand and very affordable for the quality
