Great addition to skincare routine
I highly enjoyed being able to add this to my daily skincare routine, one extra step, but worth it!
After the first use, my skin felt hydrated.
Avoid for oily skin great for dry skin

I used it last night with my facial oil in EMS mode. It was easy to use and manipulate around the face during operation. EMS mode (Electronic Muscle Stimulation) was not painful, it felt like little jolts, rather than shocks. I did only use it on level one and will increase intensity (3 levels) over time. I did notice that the oil absorbed quicker using this device and after use, my face felt like it had been massaged for more than the 5 minutes that I had used the device for.
IndieAna, check the instructions. As the device has current...I'm pretty sure oils are not best to conduct the micro-current. Unsure, but with NuFace and similar devices, instructions are to conduct with high moisture (hydrating, water high, some people use aloe gels etc) content gels/serums. And no oil. That is why you may have had experienced the sensation. When conducting these micro-currents there should be no jolts or burn.

Thanks for the info Yohanna. The instructions did say rich moisturiser or serum, of course I had to try my facial oil, lol. I will try one of those tonight instead :)

My device came on Friday (yeah) and I charged it overnight. It didn't come with any instructions or directions really, so just said to use on level 1, 2 or 3 for 5 minutes and use serum, moisturiser or sheet mask. I was using a sheet mask tonight so I applied my sheet mask, then used the device on level 1. The 5 minutes times exactly so that is great. I assume and hope I am right that you use the device on the actual sheet mask. Skin felt and looked nice and soft after using both.
Can't believe they didn't provide any instructions or direction with the device. I'm not on this trial but have been reading the user manual on the Manicare website. Gives a rundown of how to use the device but most importantly the safety precautions state: • Do not use on children. • Do not use if you have heart condition, cardiac pacemaker or other active facial implants. • If you are susceptible to one or more of the condition below, please seek advice from a medical professional prior to use: - Skin allergies - Sunburn - Opened wounds - Skin lesions - Itchy skin or skin is prone to irritation or discomfort - Severe acne - Recently had your face treated or subjected to chemical stripping, facial waxing, microdermabrasion or cosmetic surgery
Yeah, I thought it strange that there wasn't an information sheet or booklet with the device , SAE (glad yours arrived by the way!) I just followed the info in the trial email from BH, I've found the diagrams helpful
