Regular buyer for a long time.
Im stuck buying this product literally. I used it when my children were babies and now there a bit older and understand they no bath, cream, then bed. No cream = no bed for 3 very angry toddlers.
Smooth cream that doesn’t feel too heavy
This moisturiser has a lovely smooth texture and glides onto my skin beautifully. I found it left my skin feeling soft and supple and it also wears well under makeup.
Goodness in a Jar
After more than a week of using Pro X by Olay Anti Aging Wrinkle Smoothing Cream I can really say that the I ❤️ the product;

I feel for you having the item in your purchase cost and then not getting it!! Don't hold your breath waiting for a feedback response!
A few years ago I had incredible service because I got shunted around waiting for something that in the end was cancelled, about 2 months after I ordered it but recently the response to feedback has been silence.
I would be furious too if I'd decided to order the special beauty item and find I wasn't getting it, after the checkout process showed it in my order.
Im really not happy with them at all Trish but on a positive note at least I have two gifts sorted out already. One is needed for 2 weeks after I get home so I guess thats handy.
Meedee I’d be tempted to take some screenshots of this conversation and email them to DJ’s
That is a great suggestion Okatko. I also have an issue with DJ - not with their online shipping but with trying to get a refund / exchange on an Ultraceuticals product I react to. Appalling "service" from the beauty floor manager.
That's not good, skincare junkie. It really appears that much has changed with DJ's. Some years ago I had a reaction to a Clinique product bought from DJ's and they couldn't have been more helpful and refunded the item immediately without an inquisition.
I did have that thought also Okatko I made a post on their social media and they asked me to contact them via DM which I did. They said that they will check out what happened with their online team and get back to me. That was 14hours ago and I havent heard anything back as yet so we will see.
Hopefully, they reply soon!!
Super disappointing customer service!!
Not a word as yet Darasparkle Hopefully I will hear something in the next 24hrs
Fingers crossed for you Meedee. I hope they do the right thing by you
Ive received a response from the online team at David Jones .....it really doesnt offer anything......It says......
Thank you for taking the time to contact David Jones Online in regards to your recent order *******.

Please be advised that I did attempt to contact you on the number provided, unfortunately I was unable to reach you.

========================
I have told them that I will not order from them again as I have no promise that this wont happen again. :(
Bah that is a really ‘why bother’ response from DJs, very disappointed Meedee. I can say that I recently made two orders with DJs online (in a very very long time) and both orders were not completely fulfilled and partial orders were sent out. I guess I wasn’t inconvenienced too much and didn’t end up buying extra to reach free shipping quota. It just goes to show how inaccurate their inventory is! What’s slightly annoying is that both times I paid with gift card and to refund me they have to send a gift card back by post which takes a lifetime and a half to process (to the point where I’ve forgotten they owe me money)
I 100% agree Tigerlily I emailed them back and told them that there is no way I will ever reorder with them as I cant be sure the same thing wont happen again. I did also inform them that Im not the only one that is unimpressed with their service. I told them about this thread here but I really dont think they will even care to come in here and look.
Paying with a giftcard and then them having to send you another giftcard would be even more of a pain.
Arghhh that is so infuriating!! Surely, they could've tried to see if any stores had stock and sent you one of those.
Such a copy and paste customer service response.
Agreed Darasparkle They used all the key words but in the end didnt really say anything helpful.
For those who missed out these sampler totes are now available.

Two versions available, but there is no description of what is actually in the bag, only a fuzzy pic.
They're the same ones from Autumn/Winter this year. I got the first bag & I thought it was alright. Can't believe they're still trying to flog them - nobody wants them, nor the sh**ty S/S 17/18 bags you guys brought out!
Hi ladies, fast forward to Sep 2020 and I'm looking to purchase one of these as I haven't for a while. It shows up online without "add to cart" and without further information other than other offers of buy 2 get 1 free. Why would they put this online without telling you it's available in-store only? I'm not near a DJs at the moment and I'm disappointed. Looks like they updated the product in the last hour since I've checked too (and it looks like an old bag)- still no add to cart button though.
The one listed on David Jones Website is the 2018 Bag, same as in the picture on here when this topic was posted. They already had a bag earlier this year, it sold out within a couple of days if my memory is correct I think they only do 1 a year, maybe some other beauties might know.
Thanks! I thought they did it twice a year but it has been a while since I've purchased.
