The stick is making a come back
I was super excited to be receiving the Maybelline Superstay Multi-Use Foundation Stick as I have been a huge fan of the range and love a good foundation stick!
Great texture effect
I'm so thankful to trial the Maybelline Superstay Multi-Use Foundation Stick. I've tried some other brands before and this was satisfactory and met it's expectations.
Good as a concealer
I have recieved three colours as a part of the trial team.

I have read that belly fat is usually there for a few factors. One is genetics, the other is bad diet and the other is stress.
Not much u can do about your genes. But try to eliminate stress and eat a good diet. Watch portion control.
Then get active. Gradually increase activity each day, with mixture of cardio and strength training. If u have tried all these and no luck, maybe time for a visit to a gp.
Good luck!
Thanks, Nicoler112. I have a thyroxin under active problem. Mya, it causes this worse.
I actually have the same problem. U should talk to you doctor about it. But yes, it is a shitty downside. I know all about it!
Thanks. I will
This is a new trial team but the reviews from the trialling members may be interesting for you. Sorry I can't help too much with regards to the belly fat but I came across this trial team for fat freezing. I haven't personally undergone the treatment but once the trial is over you might read the reviews and see whether the procedure is helpful for you.

Hi Iranga D and welcome to the forums.
You could look at the link Haniibee44 posted for the trial ...I got excited when I saw the link but the BMI test had me well over what they require. I kept playing with the calculator to see what weight I would have to be to make it into the required BMI for the trial and it was a weight thats so low that the only time I can remember being that weight was after I had my first daughter and I was very underweight. You can give it a go as if you are taller then me it might work out for you. BMI calculators are a nightmare the shorter you are. I hope you dont think im being rude but your stomach looks as if losing weight wont totally solve your problem. I spoke to my Doc about this and she said that no matter how much weight I lose and even doing loads of tummy exercises will not solve the problem. If you are longing for a flat stomach then the only way to get that after losing weight is to have surgery to remove all the excess skin and what they call the apron. I looked into this a few years back and the cost of this surgery is scary. Thousands of dollars. Plus its a big surgery and requires a cut from hip to hip pretty much. I have scary reactions to anesthetic so that was enough for me to say 'forget it' ...You can not have this surgery unless you have lost the weight and are down to goal weight and maintain your weight for at least 2 years. Its something to aim for if you are interested in taking this path.
Good luck and just know that you are not alone.
Thanks, Meedee. I will speak to my Doc . I'm scared for surgeries too.
Fat freezing trial forum thread no longer exists Meedee you get a 404 Page Not Found error.
Guess it’s been removed as has the trial?
Oh.... Well thats interesting Kassalee Perhaps they had so many responses that they thought it would be best to remove it as they were getting overloaded. Normally they would just say 'closed'
That was a trial I would have loved to take part in. Now I really want to know whats happening :D
That t-shirt, Iranga - hahahahahaha!
I've got hypothyroidism too. It's a b---ch, isn't it? I live on meal replacement shakes & soup & I'm flat out maintaining my weight. I've got no advice, but good luck!
Thanks, misfortune8. Hahaha. It suits me. Isn't it?
Don't eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks, Cut carbs from your diet, Eat foods rich in fibre. Don't forget to do regular exercise and a healthy diet too.
Thanks, Angage
As a long time sufferer of thyroid loss I take a pill every morning about an hour before I eat and find that helps too. My doctor put me on it and checks me out every year and increases or decreases the dose as needs be. That has helped my weight a lot. Plus as we age we dont need as much food , so my husband and I have cut down our intake and feel good. Having kids too adds to the problem, not the kids themselves but being pregnant I never did get back to my svelte shape!! Just a hint don't stress about it as much or let it take over your life .We are all different and all shapes and sizes. Just try and be healthy and happy. Best of luck
Thanks, shaper. Yes, I don't worry much but only when I go shopping for party dresses I feel sad about my body shape.
I feel that this is a tricky on... Perhaps consulting your doctor to make sure there are no underlying causes for it like thyroid, insulin resistance, etc... Also seeing a dietician to make sure you are eating well, allergies, intolerances etc.... Or if you want to go the natural way, consulting a integrative nutritionist to make sure you are deficient in anything... Good Luck and I hope it all works out for you!!! Exercise is important too... But diet is usually the first step...
Thanks, sootyblack_14 for your tips.
If ever there was a full on Sales pitch its the one above!!! What cheek this is not a place to put this kind of thing on. Go away Loura healthcare and mind your own business. Spam in all its glory..
